Gothans which have less than 30 percent conversion, increase the conversion ratio: Collector

Korea / Under the chairmanship of Collector Lageh, a weekly deadline meeting was called in the collectorate hall. In the meeting, while reviewing the work progress of the announcements made in the Chief Minister's meeting, the Collector made a thorough review of the Godhan Nyaya Yojana. He gave instructions to increase the conversion by identifying such Gothans which have less than 30 percent conversion. He reviewed department-wise the applications received through Jan Peepal, Public Grievance PG portal and gave instructions to resolve them within the time limit.

In the meeting, while reviewing cow dung procurement in Gothan, the pollector asked to ensure maximum cow dung procurement in all the gothans. He inquired about the progress of tree plantation in the district from the horticulture department. The Collector gave instructions to the concerned officials to plant fruit and shade trees in all Gothans, Schools, Hostels, Anganwadi Centers and Rashas. He reviewed the recruitment of teachers in Mukhyamantri School Jatan, Berojgari Bhatta, Mukhyamantri Mitan Yojana, Shri Dhanwantri Generic Medical Store, Mukhyamantri Sushan Yojana, Swami Atmanand and gave appropriate guidelines. The Collector gave instructions to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat and Chief Municipality employee to make arrangements for drinking water, toilets and electricity in the buildings identified for the security forces available for the stay of the security forces available for the election process of the assembly elections 2023. The Collector instructed the Sub-Divisional Officer, Revenue, to regularly check the Public Service Centers and take necessary action if negligence is found, on finding irregularities in Public Service Centers. He instructed all construction agencies to use cow paint in government buildings and schools. The Collector said that before the Kharif harvest, the animals grazing in the open in the state should be stopped and asked to ensure the participation of the villagers by running a campaign.
