Water was suddenly released from the Bargi dam on the Narmada river in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Because of this, more than a dozen shops and women's clothing houses built in the low-lying areas were submerged in water. At the same time, due to this the shopkeepers have suffered a lot.

According to the information, the administration released water from the Bargi dam built on the Narmada river without giving any information. Because of this, the water level in Raisen district suddenly increased in dozens of villages including Boras, Choras, Anghora Kelkach, Toghan, Aliganj.

More than a dozen shops and women's clothing were submerged in water. Because of this, the shopkeepers suffered a loss of thousands of rupees and their shop goods also got washed away in the water. On the other hand, the priest and shopkeeper of Narmada Ghat, Deendayal Shukla told that dozens of villages of Udaipura, Bareilly tehsil of Raisen district are situated on the banks of river Maa Narmada.
